Latine Student Success (LSS)
About Us
Established in May 2024, the Latine Student Success Team’s (LSS) primary objective is to enhance Latine student achievement across Denver Public Schools. Guided by the rich history and diverse experiences of Latine students, families, and educators within DPS, the LSS team will strive to meet the recommendations outlined in the La Raza Report and amplify Latine student achievement.
Additionally, the LSS team will launch its work by partnering with our community partners and a LSS implementation team. This collaborative effort will encompass leadership development, research, strategic planning, and implementation, drawing upon the expertise of national leaders in educational equity.
